Abstract: Анализируются экономико-правовые аспекты венчурного финансирования в Республике Беларусь. Обосновывается необходимость принятия закона Республики Беларусь «О венчурной деятельности и мерах государственной поддержки ее осуществления», определяется его содержание. Интерес представляют предложения о создании в Беларуси сети венчурных фондов для поддержки малых инвестиционных предприятий.
Economic and legal aspects of venture capital funding in the Republic of Belarus are analyzed. The need is substantiated to adopt a Law of the Republic of Belarus «On Venture Capital Activity and its Government Regulation Measures»; the content of the law is described. Suggestions of creating a network of venture funds in Belarus to support small investment enterprises are discussed.
