Развитие биржевой торговли в Республике Беларусь: особенности, проблемы, перспективы

Abstract

Посвящена проблемам развития биржевой торговли в Республике Беларусь. С учетом международного опыта и особенностей белорусской социально-экономической модели анализируется деятельность Белорусской универсальной товарной биржи, оценивается ее роль в экономике. Для анализа используются данные о структуре и динамике биржевого оборота, их соотношение с основными макроэкономическими показателями. Полученные результаты позволяют сделать выводы о том, что на сегодняшний день основными препятствиями развития биржевой торговли являются правовые и институциональные барьеры. Особое внимание уделяется роли финансовой инфраструктуры в организации биржевого рынка.

The article deals with the problems of exchange trade in the Republic of Belarus. Given the international experience and specifics of Belarus’s socio-economic model, analyzed is the activity of the Belarusian universal commodity exchange, as well as assessed is its role in the economy. For the analysis, there are used data on the structure and dynamics of the exchange turnover and their correlation with the main macroeconomic indicators. The findings obtained make it possible to draw the conclusion that currently the main obstacles for the development of exchange trade are legal and institutional barriers. Special focus is made on the role of the financial infrastructure in the organization of the exchange market.
