Résumé: С учетом международного опыта и уровня развития национального почтового рынка предложены мероприятия по реорганизации почтовой сети и повышению эффективности деятельности национального оператора. Определены возможные границы структурных преобразований.
Taking into account international experience and the level of development of the national postal market, the measures are suggested to reorganize the postal network and improve the efficiency of the national operator. Possible boundaries of structural transformations are outlined.
