Abstract: Депозитарные расписки являются на зарубежных рынках одним из востребованных инструментов привлечения собственного капитала. Статья посвящена изучению зарубежного опыта выпуска и обращения депозитарных расписок, сделаны выводы о роли депозитариев в этом процессе.
Depositary receipts аre оne of the most popular instruments of equity attraction in foreign markets. The article is devoted to the study of foreign experience of depositary receipts production and circulation, conclusions about the role of depositaries in this process are made.
