Особенности преподавания судебной психиатрии в юридических вузах

Abstract

Рассматриваются особенности преподавания судебной психиатрии в юридических вузах. Для будущих юристов не столь важно знать синдромы и симптомы психических расстройств в их жесткой привязке к конкретной нозологической форме, а тем более их лечение. Для них важно знать, какие внешнеповеденческие признаки имеют лица, страдающие конкретными психическими расстройствами, независимо их медицинской классификации. Необходимо понимать, как эти отклонения влияют на общественно опасное поведение, какие есть особенности у самого процесса расследования, знать процедуру оценки психического состояния обвиняемых. Для этого служит дисциплина судебной психиатрии в системе специальных юридических дисциплин, преподаваемых в юридическом вузе и на аналогичных факультетах.

For future lawyers, it is not so important to know the syndromes and symptoms of mental disorders in their rigid attachment to a specific nosological form, and even more so their treatment. For them, it is important to know what kind of outward behavior signs have people suffering from specific mental disorders, regardless of their medical classification. It is necessary to understand how these deviations affect socially dangerous behavior, what are the peculiarities of the process of investigation, and know the procedure for assessing the mental state of the accused. It is noted that for this purpose the discipline of forensic psychiatry is in the system of special legal disciplines taught at a law school and in similar faculties.
