Résumé: Статья посвящена теоретическим аспектам института подназначения наследника. Автор приходит к выводам, что хотя институт подназначения наследника не является новым для правовой системы Республики Беларусь, его правовое регулирование требует корректировки и дальнейшего совершенствования.
The article focuses on the theoretical aspects of the institute of the substitutional bequest. The author arrives at the conclusion that though the institute of the substitution of heir is not new to the legal system of the Republic of Belarus, its legal regulation requires adjustment and further improvement.
