Résumé: На основе мировых рейтингов дана сравнительная (на фоне сопредельных стран) оценка качества институтов, определяющих конкурентоспособность Беларуси. Выделены особенности ее институционального развития и наиболее проблемные институты, обоснована необходимость улучшения качества институциональной среды с целью повышения национальной конкурентоспособности.
Based on the world rankings, the paper presents a comparative quality assessment of institutes that determine the competitiveness of Belarus (in the context of neighboring countries). Identified are the specifics of its institutional development and the most problem institutes. Substantiated is the necessityofimproving the quality of institutional environment with the purpose of enhancing national competitiveness.
