Abstract: Обоснован переход от сметного метода бюджетного финансирования учреждений высшего образования Республики Беларусь на нормативно-приростной. Разработана методика определения нормативного объема финансирования и его прироста в зависимости от интегрального коэффициента ускорения результативных показателей.
The article substantiates the transition from the budgetary method of government funding of higher education institutions of the Republic of Belarus to normative and incremental one. The procedures for determining the standard amount of funding and its increment are developed depending on the integral coefficient of acceleration of the performance indicators.
