Abstract: Представлены результаты научного исследования современного состояния мотивационной составляющей академических работников в Республике Беларусь. Определены тренды академического поведения профессорско-преподавательского состава белорусских университетов. Выявлены факторы, влияющие на академическую мотивацию преподавателей.
The article presents the results of a scientific study of the current state of the academia’s motivation component in the Republic of Belarus. There have been identified the trends of the Belarusian universities’ faculty academic behavior as well as the factors affecting their academic motivation.
