Abstract: Анализируется мировой опыт развития ресторанного бизнеса на примере США, стран Западной Европы, Китая, России. Определены основные тенденции развития ресторанного бизнеса и обозначены перспективы его развития как составляющей индустрии гостеприимства.
The article analyzes the world experience of restaurant business development based on the example of the USA, Western Europe, China, Russia. The main trends in the development of the restaurant business are identified, and the prospects for its development as a constituent of the hospitality industry are outlined.
