Abstract: Анализируются особенности института несостоятельности (банкротства) физических лиц как эффективной формы погашения неоплатных долгов граждан в сравнении с современной системой взыскания долговых обязательств в Республике Беларусь. Проводится теоретико-правовой анализ процедур банкротства в отношении физических лиц, не занимающихся предпринимательской деятельностью.
The features of the institution of insolvency (bankruptcy) of individuals are analyzed as an effective form of repayment of unpaid debts of citizens in comparison with the modern system of debt collection in the Republic of Belarus. A theoretical and legal analysis of bankruptcy procedures is conducted in relation to individuals who are not involved in entrepreneurial activity.
