Инновационное развитие общественного питания Республики Беларусь

Abstract

Определены особенности инновационного подхода к развитию общественного питания Республики Беларусь, обоснована его значимость для обеспечения конкурентоспособности субъектов общественного питания в будущем. Рассмотрены положительные и отрицательные стороны развития отрасли. Предложен авторский подход к классификации инноваций в сфере общественного питания, представлены направления инновационного развития общественного питания Республики Беларусь с учетом современных тенденций.

The article identifies the features of an innovative approach to the development of public catering in the Republic of Belarus, substantiates its importance for ensuring the competitiveness of public catering entities in the future. The positive and negative aspects of the development of the industry are considered. The author’s approach to the classification of innovations in the field of public catering is proposed, the directions of the innovative development of public catering in the Republic of Belarus are presented taking into account modern trends.
