Национальные особенности мониторинга целей устойчивого развития

Abstract

Анализируется содержание Целей устойчивого развития (ЦУР) и задач, которые их конкретизируют, дана характеристика институциональной системы управления процессом достижения ЦУР в Республике Беларусь, а также детально изучена организация мониторинга ЦУР. Осуществлен анализ системы национального перечня показателей ЦУР, включающего как индикаторы Глобального перечня, так и прокси-показатели, учитывающие национальные особенности страны. Исследованы законодательные основы реализации ЦУР в Беларуси.

The article analyzes the content of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) and the tasks that specify them, characterizes the institutional system managing the process of achieving the SDGs in the Republic of Belarus, and examines in detail the organization of SDG monitoring. The system of the national list of SDG indicators has been analyzed which includes both the Global list indicators and proxy indicators that take into account the national peculiarities of the country. The study is undertaken of the legal framework for implementing the SDGs in Belarus.
