Направления цифровизации ресторанного бизнеса

Abstract

Сформулированы основные отличия понятий автоматизации и цифровизации, определены основные направления цифровизации ресторанного бизнеса в Республике Беларусь и за рубежом, предложен авторский подход к их классификации, обоснована его значимость для обеспечения конкурентоспособности субъектов общественного питания, рассмотрены положительные и отрицательные стороны цифровизации.

The article formulates the main differences between the concepts of automation and digitalization, defines the main directions of digitalization of the restaurant business in the Republic of Belarus and abroad, proposes the author’s approach to their classification, substantiates its importance for ensuring the competitiveness of public catering entities, the positive and negative sides of digitalization are considered.
