Abstract: Рассматриваются истоки и сущность русинского этнополитического движения в Украине, прогнозы относительно будущей судьбы в западном украинском регионе представителей различных политических и общественных сил. Акцентируется внимание на роли государства, научного сообщества и институтов гражданского общества в процессах, обусловленных русинским этноконфликтогенным фактором.
The article discusses the origins and nature of Ruthenian ethnopolitical movement in Ukraine, the forecasts concerning the future destiny of the representatives of various political and social forces in the western Ukrainian region. The emphasis is made on the role of state, academic community and of civil society institutions in the processes caused by the Ruthenian ethnic conflict factors.
