Цифровая трансформация экономики: новая технологическая парадигма и перспективные направления развития экономических систем различного уровня

Abstract

Исследуются особенности современного развития экономики на основе формирующейся информационно-технологической паридигмы, когда создаются принципиально новые условия и возможности для производства инновационной продукции и услуг, качественно новых отношений с потребителями. Киберсистемы и цифровые технологии начинают играть роль подрывных технологий, что требует иных подходов к управлению. Использован системный подход при оценке происходящих изменений: глобальных, межстрановых (региональных, на примере ЕАЭС) на микроуровне, что позволяет рассмотреть направления развития экономических систем различного уровня. Особое внимание уделяется возможным перспективам развития компаний в условиях острой конкурентной борьбы на основе расширения экономического пространства на примере Сбербанка России, поставившего амбициозную цель конкурировать не только с аналогичными организациями, но и с ведущими технологическими компаниями мира. Показана возможность использования непрофильных стартапов для своего развития и формирования экосистемы как возможности для развития в будущем. Рассматривается важный тезис о переходе к новой модели конкуренции: не на уровне предприятий (организаций), а на уровне экосистем.

The article studies the features of the modern development of the economy on the basis of the emerging new technological paradigm: information technology. Digital transformation creates fundamentally new conditions and opportunities for the production of innovative products and services, and qualitatively new relationships with consumers. Cyber †systems and new digital technologies begin to play the role of disruptive technologies, which requires new approaches to management. A systematic approach is used in assessing the ongoing changes: global, intercountry (regional, on the example of the EAEU) at the micro level, which allows consideration of promising directions for the development of economic systems at various levels. Particular attention is paid to the possible prospects for the development of companies in a highly competitive environment based on the expansion of the economic space on the example of Sberbank of Russia, which set an ambitious goal to compete not only with similar organizations but also with the world’s leading technology companies. The article demonstrates the possibility of using non-core start-ups for the development and the formation of an ecosystem as an opportunity for development in the future. An important thesis is considered about the transition to a new model of competition: not at the level of enterprises (organizations), but at the level of ecosystems.
