Основные риски, факторы и угрозы евразийской экономической интеграции

Abstract

Дана оценка возможных рисков, негативных факторов и угроз для реализации основных направлений развития ЕАЭС, утвержденных Решением Высшего Евразийского экономического совета от 16 октября 2015 г. № 28 «Об Основных направлениях экономического развития Евразийского экономического союза». С применением метода многомерного статистического анализа на основании расчета коэффициентов вариации и устойчивости, а также анализа основных тенденций социально-экономического развития выявлены возможные негативные факторы и угрозы сотрудничеству государств-членов в рамках интеграционного объединения, предложены рекомендации по минимизации и устранению их негативного влияния.

The article provides an assessment of possible risks, negative factors and threats for the implementation of the main directions of the development of the EAEU, approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council No 28 of October 16, 2015 «On the Main Directions for the Economic Development of the Eurasian Economic Union». Using the method of multivariate statistical analysis based on the calculation of the coefficients of variation and stability, as well as the analysis of the main trends in socio-economic development, possible negative factors and threats to cooperation of the Member States within the framework of the integration association have been identified, recommendations have been proposed to minimize and eliminate the negative impact of the identified risks, factors and threats. The results of the work can be used by the EEC to prepare proposals for the further development of integration processes within the EAEU, as well as for the preparation of an annual report on the implementation of the main directions of integration within the EAEU.
