Мотивация в системе функций управления персоналом

Abstract

Решение комплекса теоретических и практических проблем, связанных с развитием системы инструментов повышения эффективности мотивации наемного труда в условиях трансформационной экономики. Она включает уточнение содержания и роли мотивации в системе управления персоналом и разработку методики оценки воспроизводственной функции оплаты труда на предприятии (в отрасли), методики мониторинга мотивационного климата предприятия, методики моделирования мотивационной привлекательности предприятия и методических рекомендаций по повышению гибкости тарифной системы оплаты труда на предприятии.

Solution a number of theoretical and practical problems related to the development of managerial tools for improving the effectiveness of motivation of hired labour under a transformational economy. It includes the specifying of the contents and role of motivation in the human resources management system and developing of procedure for assessing the reproductive function of remuneration of labour at an enterprise (in an industry), procedure for monitoring the motivational climate at the enterprise, procedure for simulating the motivational attractiveness of the enterprise as well as recommendations for improving the flexibility of the base pay system to be used at the enterprise.
