Interuniversity Olympiad in Professionally Oriented English

On April 24, the Department of Professionally Oriented English Speech of the Faculty of International Business Communications of the BSEU held the Interuniversity Olympiad in Professionally Oriented English on the open.bseu.by platform. This year, the tasks were proposed within the framework of the topic "General Issues of International Tourism".

The event was aimed at creating additional conditions for self-realization of personal, creative and professional potential of students, identifying and encouraging talents, popularizing the development of competencies in foreign-language professionally oriented intercultural communication.

Students from universities of the Republic of Belarus and the CIS countries took part in the Olympiad, a total of 198 people. When distributing prizes, the jury focused on the best result. This year, such a result was shown by students of the Vitebsk State Technological University and the Belarusian State Economic University.
