BSEU students took part in the Union State Youth Economic Forum

On April 24–25, MGIMO hosted the Union State Youth Economic Forum, which brought together more than 30 teams from Belarus and Russia. During the forum, students from the BSEU Faculty of International Economic Relations actively participated in discussions, exchanged experiences, and presented their projects.

The forum opened with a plenary session, where key issues of integration, economic cooperation, and training of personnel to strengthen the positions of the Union State countries were discussed.

mong the speakers were representatives of ministries, the academic community, and business.

Working in sections allowed the participants to delve deeper into current economic topics. BGEU students distinguished themselves in two sections:
• “Joint investment and industrial projects” – the winners were Evgeny Parshin (2nd year, MEO) and Anastasia Antonovich (2nd year, FMEO).
• "Interaction of youth of the regions of the Union State and youth entrepreneurship" - the winners were Darya Rakutina (3rd year, FMEO) and Darya Lashkovskaya (2nd year, FMEO).

The practical part of the forum included a presentation of projects developed by the participants. BSEU students presented innovative ideas aimed at developing entrepreneurship, improving logistics and introducing new technologies.

The forum also became a platform for cultural exchange - participants from Belarus and Russian regions attended excursions, learned about the history of MGIMO and took part in an exhibition of folk art.

BSEU students worthily represented the university, demonstrating a high level of training and a creative approach to solving economic problems. The forum strengthened ties between young specialists of the two countries, contributing to the development of joint initiatives. The winners received recognition from the expert community and the opportunity to further develop their projects.
