BSEU took part in the celebration of the City Day

On September 13, BSEU took part in the festive events dedicated to the City Day of Minsk. The university delegation headed by the rector Alexey Vladimirovich Egorov took part in the ceremonial procession and the ceremony of laying flowers at the Victory Monument. This event became a symbol of respect for the heroic history of the capital and a reminder of the feat of the defenders of Minsk during the Great Patriotic War.

On this day, BSEU also took part in the Festival of Professions in the Central Children's Park named after M. Gorky, where students of the Accounting and Economics Faculty actively represented the profession of an economist. They told schoolchildren and guests of the event about the areas of training, educational opportunities and career prospects, inspiring future applicants to make an informed choice of profession.

The BSEU Sports Club also joined the celebration of the City Day, our team took part in the spectacular "Dragonboat Races", taking 5th place out of 24 teams.

Particular attention was drawn to the BSEU site at Chizhovka Arena, where students prepared a series of interactive events:

- With the support of the Council of Young Scientists, the following were organized: a quiz in English "Quiz at ease" and a game "World of Economics" from students of the Faculty of Economics and Management.

- Students of Hexi University (PRC) held a master class on writing Chinese characters - everyone could try themselves in this art.

- Students of the Faculty of Economics and Management from Dormitory #8 organized a master class for children on creating postcards "Autumn in the Forests of Belarus".

- A student of the Faculty of Economics and Management from Dormitory #9 delighted the guests of the holiday with live portraits, creating an atmosphere of creativity and inspiration.

BSEU initiatives became a bright part of the city holiday, combining memories of the past, creativity and professional development!
