BSEU and the Second Beijing Foreign Studies University signed an agreement on international academic mobility

On October 16, during a visit by a delegation from the Second Beijing Foreign Studies University to the Belarusian State University of Economics, an agreement on an international academic mobility program was signed. The document opens new prospects for students and faculty at both institutions.

The BGEU rector noted that interest in the Chinese language is rapidly growing among students. Such internships not only deepen their knowledge but also immerse them in the language environment and gain unique experience communicating with native speakers.

The agreement will be an important step in developing academic cooperation: faculty will be able to participate in joint projects, exchange experiences, and give lectures at the partner university.

During the meeting, representatives from both sides discussed opportunities for expanding cooperation, including participation in the activities of the Center for Belarusian-Chinese Dialogue in Economics and Culture, which operates at BGEU. Ideas for organizing joint events, conducting research, and implementing educational initiatives were discussed. Both sides expressed their readiness for active cooperation and emphasized the importance of strengthening educational and cultural ties between Belarus and China.
