Student Conference "Economic and Political Development Trajectories in the Modern World: A Young People's Perspective"

On November 18, the Department of Political Science and the Council of Young Scientists held the conference "Economic and Political Development Trajectories in the Modern World: A Young People's Perspective," which was attended by students from all faculties of the university.

Over 30 applications were submitted for the conference, and the jury invited the authors of 10 papers to publicly defend their papers. The final standings were as follows:
First Place: Nikita Dmitrievich Korovkin (SEF). Paper Topic: "The Extent of Labor Exploitation by Capital within the National Economy. The Role of the State in the Redistribution of Added Value."
Second Place: Anastasia Vadimovna Zhurba and Anna Anatolyevna Lis (FMBK). Paper Topic: "The Future of the National Currency: The Belarusian Digital Ruble and the Risks of Its Implementation."
Third Place: Ksenia Nikolaevna Sitko (FMBK). The topic of the presentation was "Formula 1 as a Tool for Shaping Saudi Arabia's Image on the Global Stage."

The winners were awarded diplomas and sweet prizes, while the finalists received conference certificates. An electronic collection of conference materials will be published and posted in the BSEU e-library.
