A meeting with a Constitutional Court judge was held at BSEU

On November 26, Leonid Mikhailovich Ryabtsev, a judge of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus and Doctor of Law, Professor, addressed students of the Faculty of Law on the topic: "The All-Belarusian People's Assembly as a Guarantor of Political Stability and Sovereignty."
The judge highlighted the role of the All-Belarusian People's Assembly (ABP) in the system of government, its influence on the country's political stability, and the mechanisms of constitutional regulation and the legal consequences of decisions made by the ABP.
Leonid Mikhailovich emphasized the importance of interaction between the Constitutional Court and the ABP to ensure uniform interpretation of constitutional norms and respect for state sovereignty.
During the lecture, students asked questions regarding the interaction between the Constitutional Court and the ABP, as well as the delineation of powers between the ABP and Parliament.
The participants noted the importance of such meetings for future lawyers, as they provide a deeper understanding of the functioning of state power and the role of constitutional norms in everyday politics.
