Young BSEU Specialist: Path to Development and Professional Prospects

Yana Boyko is a young specialist at BSEU, a social educator in the Department of Social, Educational, and Psychological Work. Although she has only recently joined the university, she has already become actively involved in the work and is making a significant contribution to creating a comfortable student environment.

"I wanted to work with students and help them. Here, I feel I can do that," Yana notes.

From her first days, she felt a supportive atmosphere: "What I was most pleased with was the openness and friendliness of the team. All the staff were ready to help and support me at the beginning of my journey."

Senior colleagues helped me adapt, sharing their experiences and advice. BGEU offers young professionals opportunities for development and growth, including participation in seminars and conferences and involvement in socially significant projects and initiatives. All this helps them not only develop professionally but also feel part of a larger university team.

Yana admits: "It's very gratifying to know that such opportunities exist. I am grateful for the attention and support – it inspires me to move forward."

Today, being a social worker at the university is more than just a position, it's a mission. Yana helps students overcome challenges, supports them in their studies and personal development, and actively utilizes modern formats and approaches. She enjoys her work and plans to continue to develop in this area.

"In five years, I see myself as a more experienced specialist and hope to continue to develop my professional skills and contribute to the education and support of students," the teacher shares.

Yana is confident: "Young people should be open to learning and interaction, and also remember their dreams. Success comes to those who persistently pursue their goals."
