BSEU Students Serve as Guides at the "MY BELARUS" Exhibition

On December 17 and 18, students from the Faculty of International Business Communications had a unique opportunity to experience the history, achievements, and future of Belarus. They served as tour guides for delegates of the All-Belarusian People's Assembly (ABPA) at the "MY BELARUS" exhibition of achievements of sovereign Belarus, held at the Minsk International Exhibition Center "BelExpo."

This was an invaluable experience for these future specialists in international business communications. They not only explained the exhibits but also acted as guides, helping the ABPA delegates gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of the progress our country has achieved since independence.

The tours began with the exhibition's main symbol—a photo zone featuring a map of Belarus featuring iconic structures built or renovated in recent years. This image served as a starting point for a narrative about the country's development and transformation, highlighting the large-scale projects realized through the efforts of the entire nation. In the exhibition halls, students from the FMBC presented thematic sections dedicated to key sectors of the Belarusian economy. They enthusiastically described cutting-edge solutions and innovative technologies, presented in the following sections: "Energy for Life," showcasing achievements in the energy sector; "Foundation of Strength," dedicated to industrial development and construction; "Sports Olympus," highlighting the sporting victories and achievements of Belarusian athletes; and "Security Technologies," showcasing modern developments in security.

Particular attention was paid to the exhibition dedicated to the natural and tourist potential, as well as the historical and cultural heritage of our country. Students proudly spoke about Belarus's protected areas, its unique natural resources, and its rich history, captured in architectural monuments and cultural traditions.

Participation in the "MY BELARUS" exhibition was not only valuable communications training for the students from the FMBC of the Belarusian State Economic University but also an opportunity to contribute to an important state event. Interacting with the All-Russian People's Assembly delegates, they felt a sense of belonging to the country's future, its development, and prosperity. This experience will surely remain one of the most vibrant and memorable moments of their student lives, inspiring them to new achievements and accomplishments for the benefit of Belarus.
