In-Service Training

The Institute of In-Service Training and Retraining of Economic Cadres (IST and REC) implements educational programs of in-service training for managers and specialists of (schedule for 2020):

• Tax and Duties Ministry of the Republic of Belarus Inspection Board;
• State Statistics Authorities;
• Certified tax consultants;

in the fields of:

• management of government-linked holding companies;
• foreign economic activity;
• public purchases and purchases from other sources;
• in the field of strategic development of trade organizations;
• International Financial Reporting Standards, (IFRS);
• management of a business entity;
• WTO and regulation of the international trade;

on the issues concerning:

• internal control of a joint stock company;
• legal regulation of organizations' activities;
• feasibility study of business-plans;
• marketing, pricing, logistics;
• accounting (for chief accountants and accountants in organizations);
• analysis of economic activities;
• accounting in «1С:Accounting» program;
• product quality examination;
• labor rate fixing and remuneration;
• management of the Tourist Industry.

It is possible to organize corporate training on the territory of IST and REC as well as on the customer's territory. The program and dates of the training can be additionally agreed upon.

We organize skills training on the basis of qualification exam training programs:

TRAINING PROGRAM for proficiency examination for tax consultant certificate..

We offer an Internship for high-level personnel and specialists (Belarusian and foreign citizens) in the strands of work of the University departments.

We organize short-term (last for 1-2 days) SEMINARS on economic and legal topics, personnel management, psychology of decision making, stress management, conflict management, etc.

In-Service training courses are attended by:

• Tax and Duties Ministry Inspection Board officials;
• State representatives in governing bodies of business entities;
• officials of monitoring (supervisory) authorities;
• teachers of economic disciplines of universities of the Republic;
• specialists of enterprises and organizations engaged in foreign economic activity and international marketing;
• chief accountants and accountants in organizations;
• economists;
• specialists in procurement;
• labor rate fixing specialists;
• human resources managers;
• commodity experts.

Upon the completion of the training, students receive a certificate of Qualification upgrading approved by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus.

The form of education is full-time (daytime, evening). All the forms of education are fee-based, prices are contractual.

Training groups are formed according to the received applications, concluded contracts for educational services and tuition fees paid before the start of the classes. The classes start according to the schedule as far as the groups are formed.

By the beginning of the training, the student must have:

- 2nd copy of the contract signed by the head and certified by the official stamp of the releasing organization;
- passport;
- copy of the tuition payment order;
- travel authorization (for nonresidents).

Directions: the metro to «Akademiya Navuk» station, then bus No. 59, trolley bus No. 33, 34, 35 to the bus stop «Mendeleeva», or the metro to «Traktarny Zavod» station, then bus No. 84, 14 to the bus stop «Mendeleeva».
